We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the real estate/construction sector to support and supervise projects from site execution to handover. The role includes reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring site progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and supporting timely project delivery according to approved plans.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Review quantities, materials, and work completed on site.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in villa/ compounds projects.
- Knowledge of Saudi building code.
